At Maple 500, we've been housing Oklahoma State University students for decades, and in 2016 and '17, we underwent extensive renovations to update and modernize all our 1- and 2-bed apartments. We added new appliances including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, granite countertops and energy efficient windows. We renovated the kitchens and bathrooms while retaining the retro charm of original hardwood floors and spacious rooms our tenants have long enjoyed.
