Hello, My name is Dominic. Here is the short version of my biography. I think it’s important to share details about my past for you to know who I am. Over the course of 6 years I had 11 major surgeries. I was overwhelmed, and felt like there was no one who could help me to recover what I lost. I felt I lost a part of my movement, my body, myself. The part of me was what I used to define who I was in the world. Along the way towards recovering my movement I thought there should be better tools to help me to help myself be healthy. For instance, it was difficult to know what I really wanted from my recovery. Did I want the size and shape back? The movement? I felt overwhelmed by the information from the health and fitness field. Mostly, I did not know how best to organize exercise and nutrition information. I know I have to go beyond the challenges stopping me from being fit, and having the body I wanted, to gain a deeper understanding of myself. So, I did. Along the way I learned how to leverage my experience and develop skills to help others acquire and refine their movement. I started to realize others also lacked the bigger picture of how all of the exercise and health puzzle pieces fit together. When I concentrate on learning a new movement, I relentlessly pursue the movement with the mindset that I will eventually teach that movement to students and clients. Clients appreciate my precision with movement because they have also been frustrated by unproductive and misaligned workouts and lifestyles. People are pursuing the same exercise and fitness goals I am. We are pursuing clear processes and tools to workout, and be healthy. After years of testing, and concentrating on understanding what exercise is, I learned how to teach exercise in a way that increases your energy, and I learned how to fit exercise into the bigger picture of your life. I am a professional at aligning my energy to serve your exercise outcomes and at the same time helping you align your mindset to success. When we work together, the task is to shape the structure of your body and to shape your habits to make exercise fit into your life successfully. I am dedicated to helping you learn, apply, and succeed!! .
