Falcon Inn Bed & Breakfast
Best Falcon Inn Bed & Breakfast - hotels
On the banks of the Yukon River, beautiful, quiet, relaxing with modern conveniences in the wilderness. We are one block from the Eagle Historical Society tour start point and the Yukon-Charley Rivers National Preserve visitor and information center and the Eagle Library and the Bureau of Land Management grass airstrip. Hiking trails start at the grass airstrip or when the Yukon River is low right out our front door. We accommodate groups of up to 12 guests, we are a great location for a retreat, seminar, educational training or just a place to get away from it all. Eagle is an old time Alaskan town with dirt roads, log cabins, no cell phone coverage and more sled dogs than residents. We have a rich history of gold mining, Fort Egbert and Yukon-Charley Rivers National Preserve. Historical figures like Roald Amundsen, Billy Mitchell, and Judge Wickersham have left their legacy in Eagle. No one visits by accident but many miss us and a unique experience offered no where else in Alaska. On the banks of the Yukon River, beautiful, quiet, relaxing with modern conveniences in the wilderness.
